Before you start

Do we need tracking devices on the buses?

No. The driver uses the TraqBus app on their phone, and the location is sent automatically during the trip. No devices, no installation.

How long does setup take?

Usually one week: we enter the students and buses, draw the routes on the map, train drivers and supervisors, and then parents start using the app.

What if the driver’s phone loses internet?

The app stores the positions and sends them as soon as the connection returns, and the school is alerted when any bus loses signal.

Who pays: the school or the parents?

The school pays one subscription based on the number of transport students. Many schools add it to the bus fee, since it is under 1 JOD a month per student.

Is student data safe?

Each school has its own separate database. Parents see only their own children and their bus, and drivers see only the students on their trip.

Can we try before subscribing?

Yes: one free month on two or three of your buses, then you decide.
